Shipping Policy

All orders placed from Monday-Friday are shipped within 1 working day (we are open from Monday – Saturday, (10 AM – 7 PM) and the expected delivery timelines are 1-4 business days, depending upon the delivery location.

All orders are shipped via Ship Rocket. We offer shipping all across India and have maximum pin code coverage to ensure better reach for all our customers.

International orders are serviced as well but the Shipping rates will vary as well as applicable GST will be charged (the same is communicated to the customer by our Customer Service team).

Return/Exchange:

If Customers report delivery of damaged goods within 24 hours of Delivery, (Pics & Opening video required) the same will be eligible for Exchange. The customer must return the damaged item in the same packaging, in the proper manner with the order id clearly visible. Once Return Pickup is confirmed by the delivery partner, a fresh piece will be dispatched.

Refund Policy:

All items sold on our website are non-refundable. Any refunds processed will only be done at the sole discretion of RBS IMPEX.
